5. rub the thumb by rotating it in a right hand grip do it on both hands

6. wipe the tips of the fingernails by rotating them in the palms alternately

The second function of a hand sanitizer is that it can clean glasses and watches from germs that stick to these objects. This is important because it can be done especially after being in a crowded place.
